Paradise Beach Cozumel Reviews

The beach itself was really pretty, but getting around in a wheelchair was harder than I expected. The paths were rough in a lot of spots, and when we asked staff for help, they seemed nice enough but didn’t really—they just didn’t seem to know what to do. It made the visit more stressful than relaxing.

We stopped in on a cruise and decided to spend the day at Paradise Beach, it couldn’t have been easier. We grabbed a taxi with no hassle, got checked in quickly, and before long we were on the beach relaxing. We had plenty of time to swim, grab some food, hang out, and still make it back to the ship without feeling rushed. It was the perfect low-stress option if you don’t want to deal with a big, complicated excursion. I’d definitely do it again

We had a really nice, laid-back time. The crowds were light, it was easy to find chairs, and the whole place felt relaxed. Simple, easy, and exactly what we needed...

We went with our two kids and they had a good time, especially with the pool and the beach stuff. The food was decent, just felt a bit expensive when you're paying for the whole family. It did get busy and loud after a while, so it wasn't exactly the relaxing day I was hoping for... but still, the kids were happy, so... overall it was okay

We went for the day and everything was really clean and well kept. The bathrooms, chairs, and beach area all looked like they’d been taken care of, which made it a lot more relaxing. Nothing fancy to say, just a solid spot and we had no complaints.

I was hoping the food at Paradise Beach Cozumel would be better. The fries and tacos were tasty, but some of the other stuff felt a little bland and not the freshest. For the price, I kind of regretted not just grabbing something simpler or eating elsewhere later. It wasn’t terrible by any means, especially if you’re hungry and already at the beach, but it’s not a meal I’d go out of my way to have again.

The staff were really friendly and helped us out fast. Made the whole beach day way easier, honestly. Just a nice, chill experience overall...

The margaritas tasted kind of watered down, honestly. I mentioned it and felt like I was getting passed around a bit instead of anyone really taking care of it. Not the worst experience, but definitely disappointing.

But then the water made its grand entrance with a bit of seaweed, which definitely changed the vibe. The pool itself was fine, and we still had a decent time overall. But the chairs were worn out, like really worn out, and that kept standing out to me. The bathrooms also could’ve been cleaner, they just didn’t feel very clean. So yeah, the pool was okay, but the chairs and bathrooms definitely need some work

Getting a taxi from the port was super simple and really quick, which made things so much easier. The ride back took a little bit of waiting, but it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, a smooth and convenient experience!

Check-in was kind of frustrating for me. It moved slower than I expected, and of course I felt like I was the one stuck waiting around. Once we finally got to the desk, the staff did help and were decent about it, so I can’t say it was awful. It just felt like one of those average experiences where things could’ve gone a lot smoother...

I booked this mostly for the water activities, but it was disappointing. The kayaks and snorkel gear felt worn out, and the staff didn’t give much guidance or explain what was going on. We ended up spending more time standing around waiting than actually being out on the water. For what it cost, I expected a much smoother and more enjoyable experience. I left feeling let down, and I wouldn’t choose to go back.

Security around the beach seemed fine to me. Didn’t have any issues...
